Where our Money Comes From
We’d love to get paid to put together this project but so far we have not. Feel free to help us change that! Below we note where we get money from.
Creative Writing Program, Washington University in St Louis: $1,000 for Fall ’19/Spring ’20

This year, we are asking all non-Black/non-Indigenous applicants to, if possible, contribute $10 toward application fees for Black and Indigenous writers.
where our money goes
Artists for use of their visuals, printing costs, postage (shipping book donations to all our participants is so far our largest expense).
10% of our received funds goes toward reparations and land rent. If you want us to consider paying our 10% to you or your group, email us: MFAappreview@gmail.com
